Sr. Manager – Renewal & Retention (Female Only)

Role & Responsibilities:‐
1) Coordinate and Handling Renewal team by managing schedules, filing important
documents and communicating regarding renewal collection.
2) Ensuring adequacy of sales‐ related data.
3) Coordination with partners and Collection related activities.
4) Handle all the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeless.
5) Respond to complaints from customers and give after support when requested For
renewal
6) Assist in the prepare data regarding renewals.
7) Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective, existing clients and
team members.
8) Team Handling of collection department.

Requirements and skills:‐
1) Proven experience as a Team Handling.
2) Good computer skills.
3) Well organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem solving.
4) Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5) Excellent organizational skills.
6) A team player with high level of dedication in work.
