Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage dealer sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase revenue.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealerships, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
- Oversee dealer network management, including recruitment, training, and development of new dealerships.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions on product offerings and pricing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-10 years of experience in insurance industry or related field (motor insurance).
- Strong understanding of general insurance products (OEM channel) or vehicle insurance (four wheeler).
- Proven track record in dealer channel management or dealership management.
- Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with dealerships.
- Ability to analyze data to drive business growth.
