Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage dealer sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase revenue.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealerships, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Oversee dealer network management, including recruitment, training, and development of new dealerships.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions on product offerings and pricing.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5-10 years of experience in insurance industry or related field (motor insurance).
  • Strong understanding of general insurance products (OEM channel) or vehicle insurance (four wheeler).
  • Proven track record in dealer channel management or dealership management.
  • Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with dealerships.
  • Ability to analyze data to drive business growth.
